It has a 1280 x 720 pixel resolution, 170-degree viewing angle, 500:1 contrast ratio, 16:9 aspect ratio, motion-adaptive progressive scan, 3D comb filter, and 3:2 pulldown capabilities. With the Picture-Over-Data window feature, you can watch a movie while surfing the Internet. It also features two built-in speakers that deliver 20 watts of total stereo sound.

The super-fast 16 ms video response time brings gaming and movies to life with crisp, lifelike video. The 3:2 pulldown cinema video processing detects and compensates film--which is shot at 24 frames per second (fps) compared with video's 30 fps rate--to video for a smooth, theaterlike experience at home. The 3D digital comb filter renders superb gradation of grays, resulting in superior picture detail.

The integrated DVI-HDCP input gives you the best HDTV images regardless of your signal source. The N2700W also offers 1 component-video, 1 composite A/V, and 1 DVI input. Aspect ratio: The aspect ratio refers to the shape of the video image. Standard television has a 4:3 aspect ratio, which is almost square in appearance. Digital television will have either a 4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratio, which is widescreen and appears rectangular, looking more like a movie screen and filling more of the viewer's field of vision for a more lifelike viewing experience.
