Love this bluetooth headset. The noise assasin really works. With or without the clip, the earpiece stays in place. Only issue is the battery charge isn't that great. I find that it runs out before the day is done, but then again I probably talk on my phone quite a bit. Also it's not waterproof which is a downside for me since it rains so much where I live.

I purchased this device after a lot of research and for the features and device capabilities, I have no complaints but the ear loop in particular is crap. The part that inserts into the ear bud is plastic and it broke after a few weeks with almost no pressure at all. Jawbone won't replace but is very happy to sell you a replacement set. I'm now having to use it without the ear loop, which is ok.
Bottom line feedback for me is if you absolutely need the ear loop, you're going to have to find another product otherwise this product is the best I've found.

The item I received did not work. I even went to an at&t store to check to see if the problem was my phone (or operator error...), and it didn't work at all. I opted to get reimbursed for it. I wouldn't buy an item like this online anymore, better go to Costco, maybe pay $10, but then if it doesn't work you can get it exchanged right away instead of having to mail the thing back.

The product was not in the box. It was loose in a paper mailer. There was a blurry incomplete photocopy of the instructions. The extra sets of earpieces were missing. The set I got doesn't fit and falls out of my ear and I need to use the optional ear piece to keep it on.
The unit works well otherwise in terms of sound and noise cancelation.
Good product! Poor customer service.
