Gets the job done but not the best investment. I got lucky and got one that does charge my phone as well as do data, however the program that it comes with does not work and so you gotta figure it out on your own. It also has this problem where it doesn't connect to the computer right and it keep going from sync mode and back on and off so u have to do whatever you wanna do really quick before it closes. Total garbage.

I ordered this for my daughter and the PC (a Dell) didn't recognize it. Had to send it back. STILL haven't gotten the refund.

I bought the cable hoping to download pictures from my phone. I was hoping to not have to buy the micro chip, but thee cable will not work unless the chip is installed. I checked with the manufacturer, and they agree. The chip is necessar if you want to use the picture part of the LG Xenon phone.

When I ordered this it showed a picture of the cd needed to download pictures. However in fine print way down below all the information at the bottom of the page it then told me I need to find the software on my own. I would never order anything from this place again and would discourage anyone else from doing so. I needed this to download my pictures ASAP and now can not do that.
