Absolutely worthless. When the headset arrived it was obviously used - the sticker that holds the little plastic bag closed was already ripped open and the plastic bag itself was wrinkled up and dirty. The plug on the end of this headset isn't even the right one, so even if I felt like sticking someone else's earwax into my ear I couldn't use this headset with my phone. It's not even worth returning as the return shipping would cost more than the stupid headset itself. An absolute waste of money and time.

When my item arrived, it was not the one I ordered. I sent an email to the seller and haven't received a reply. This email was sent the next day after I received the item. I went to best buy and bought a replacement. I have inform my friends and family to stau away from this seller.

They work really well, I don't have a problem hearing who I am talking to. However, I found the buds were bigger than I expected, so that took some getting used to, and the button doesn't end my call, it merely mutes or unmutes whomever I am talking to. And the mic on my end works a lot better if I hold it up to my mouth.

I don't really like these headphones. they hurt my ears. they fall out of my ears. LG shine can be used as an mp3 player, but it doesn't do it very well. wanted these as a backup to my bluetooth. I have only used them twice and don't enjoy using them. one ear piece came apart, I was able to put a little glue on it and put it back together. but I only paid about [...]after shipping, so i guess you get what you pay for.
