this case is very simple fellows the simple snap case design that most griffin product cases have nice stylish back those are the pros the cons are it can be hassle to dock because it simple wont fit and can be complicated to try to find a coin to open it also its good tip to clean the inside because when i took it off the inside i notice the apple logo had left a print on the inside but thats just note good case but needs to be maintain from time to time

I've ordered my second one of this case. The first one was very durable and after using it for a year it finally broke (top corner, and I still use it)when I dropped it on the pavement which was good because the Ipod was unharmed. I constantly transfer the Ipod from this case to another case I use when I run and have never had any issues of it breaking. As for the film, I didn't have any issues but I eventually replaced it with the ones you can buy from the apple store when it got worn, the Ipod touch screen is still perfect with no scratches so it did prevent scratches when I did use it. Like another reviewer said, people have complemented the case as it doesn't bulk up the Ipod. Perfect for those people who keep it in their pockets. As far as I am concerned it did its job in preventing cosmetic damage to the Ipod from an accidental fall and provides an extra layer of protection.

Yes, I was dumb! My iPod touch 2G fell from my desk to the floor and it was never the same. I ultimately had to replace it. But it was my own fault and so that's why I give the case a decent review because it does fit snugly. But when you try to take it off the iPod, it's very hard to separate and parts of it broke early on. Also I bought a separate film made by Power Support, which I heard was much better, so I never did try the Griffin film.

The case complements the iPod touch design very well. About 5 people, including some total strangers, have mentioned how much they like this case when they saw me using it. Nobody's ever done that for any other product I've used...
The case has survived several falls out of a car and drops off a table without any visible damage to my iPod. I'm back to buy a second one after I broke the first by pushing it askew into a makeshift dock. I had the same problem getting bubbles out of the screen protector as others, so I hope the new one will have a better quality protector.
